Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading and developing product managers
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams to success
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, able to effectively prioritize and handle various projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and collaborators
  • Demonstrated ability to compete in fast-paced environments and drive flawless execution of product strategies
  • Flexibility in working with international teams and traveling internationally
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Cloud, or related platforms are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead a global product management team for Adobe Workfront's newest capability, Workfront Planning, ensuring world-class product development and execution
  • Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to determine and prioritize product features and improvements
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product strategies and ensure Adobe Workfront remains a leader in the industry
  • Engage with customers and collaborators to gather feedback and insights, driving continuous product improvements
  • Monitor product performance and metrics to inform data-driven decisions and achieve business goals
