Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, lab operations, or consulting, with 5+ years in leadership roles
Demonstrated ability to consult and influence at the C-Suite level across large, complex health systems; skilled in identifying root causes and driving cost-reduction KPIs
Strong lab operations expertise, including test menu optimization, hub-and-spoke design, inventory and blood management, and productivity methodologies
Proven success leading enterprise-wide cost savings initiatives and managing large-scale transformation projects in healthcare environments
Advanced communication, presentation, conflict management, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the PP Delivery consulting team, ensuring projects are properly scoped, executed on time, and deliver guaranteed hard cost savings for customers
Drive enterprise-level process improvement strategies using DBS tools to eliminate waste, optimize workflow, and sustain financial impact across complex health systems
Coach, mentor, and develop Consultants and Sr. Consultants, ensuring high performance, strong customer engagement, and DBS skill development
Partner with customers to redesign operations, implement continuous improvement plans, and secure sign-off on hard cost savings at project completion
Identify new savings opportunities beyond the initial assessment and lead implementation to drive additional financial outcomes
Establish customer KPIs, manage visual performance systems (e.g., bowlers), and validate results through data analysis (including LIS data)
Collaborate with PP Sales/Engagement teams in pre-sale strategy, executive presentations, SOW development, and delivery roadmap planning
