Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role. Strong leadership and coaching skills are essential, as is the ability to develop and implement talent strategies. Experience with global HR practices and a deep understanding of organizational development principles are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner will collaborate with global People team partners and business leaders to drive strategic talent initiatives, including identifying high-potential talent and implementing succession planning. They will provide coaching and development support to leaders, act as a trusted advisor to the business, analyze organizational structure and design, and develop programs to improve employee engagement and management capabilities. Furthermore, they will facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, evaluate the impact of proposed solutions, and serve as a key resource for HR policies and procedures.
