Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing a small partnerships team (1–3 FTE/contractors), including setting OKRs, operating cadence (e.g., weekly pipeline reviews, monthly QBRs, quarterly planning), and building a partner program playbook
  • Expertise in strategic relationship management at an executive level, managing a portfolio of strategic partners (e.g., Platforms, Agencies/Holding Companies, Tech/AI alliances) with multi-threaded relationships
  • Ability to understand partner business priorities, identify alignment opportunities with CreativeX objectives, and proactively expand executive sponsorship and working groups to drive adoption and outcomes
  • Skills in partnership development, including defining and executing repeatable partnership motions/models that deliver value to partners, clients, prospects, and internal teams
  • Proven track record driving revenue through partner-sourced and partner-influenced channels, focusing on lead generation, client retention, and growth
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Insights, Product, and Legal teams
  • Ability to own global partner strategy across Platforms, Agencies, and Tech Alliances

Responsibilities

  • Create a repeatable and systematized partnership model for scalable results
  • Drive revenue through lead generation, client retention, and growth via partnerships, ensuring partners are an active, measurable growth channel
