Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Production, National Sales Company, or equivalent work experience, along with 10+ years’ experience providing Sales Planning and accurate monthly forecasts, and a strong understanding of sales and volume planning theories. They should also demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp the ‘big picture’ of a problem and possess advanced Microsoft Suite experience (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

As the Sr. Manager of OTD, the individual will be responsible for establishing sales planning processes for North America, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and managing regional allocation plans globally. This includes operational short-term and long-term planning, model mix prioritization, equipment option scheduling, strategic forecasting, production, retail volume management, sales volume planning and adjustments, market/sales intelligence, preparation of reporting and presentation material, and assisting in the establishment and optimization of the delivery process. The role also involves chairing weekly Business Performance Meetings, tracking forecast accuracy, and acting as a first point of contact for P&A to determine optimal flow for upcoming events and business initiatives, while fostering strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
