Requirements

  • Leadership experience in coaching and mentoring field trainers and sales leaders

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive and ongoing needs analysis initiatives to identify skill gaps and drive the development of a strategic learning framework and training program outcomes
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy for the commercial team and learning plans for each commercial role aligned with commercial goals and sales KPIs
  • Leverage an instructional systems approach to design, develop, and deliver engaging, highly relevant, and business-aligned facilitator-led and eLearning training programs, including onboarding, product launches, clinical education, and advanced selling skills
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Revenue Cycle Management to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and impactful
  • Leverage technology platforms (e.g., LMS, virtual training tools, mobile learning) to scale and personalize learning experiences
  • Measure training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and ROI analysis; continuously optimize programs based on insights
  • Coach and mentor field trainers and sales leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Stay current on industry trends, adult learning principles, instructional-design best practices, and competitive landscape to ensure training remains cutting-edge
