Responsibilities

  • Counsel, orient, and train managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies
  • Administer Human Resources policies and procedures for all employees
  • Oversee, handle, and manage Employee Relations issues, including employee counseling, discipline, and grievance handling
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services
  • Manage direct reports
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and its employees
  • Partner with management to align strategic HR goals, policies, and programs with business initiatives
  • Administer compensation programs and assist in job analysis, job evaluation, and performance management to ensure compliance with division guidelines
  • Develop financial and operational objectives and ensure operational plans align with business objectives
  • Contribute to functional strategy development
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
