Responsibilities
Counsel, orient, and train managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies
Administer Human Resources policies and procedures for all employees
Oversee, handle, and manage Employee Relations issues, including employee counseling, discipline, and grievance handling
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services
Manage direct reports
Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and its employees
Partner with management to align strategic HR goals, policies, and programs with business initiatives
Administer compensation programs and assist in job analysis, job evaluation, and performance management to ensure compliance with division guidelines
Develop financial and operational objectives and ensure operational plans align with business objectives
Contribute to functional strategy development
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
