Requirements

  • Ability to counsel, orient, and train managers and supervisors on HR policies
  • Knowledge of state, local, and federal guidelines and policies
  • Expertise in compensation programs, job analysis, job evaluation, and performance management
  • Strong independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; flexibility to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime
  • Understanding of Operating Principles and commitment to customer experience, teamwork, learning, Net Promoter System, results, inclusion, and ethical practices
  • Management of direct reports

Responsibilities

  • Administer HR policies and procedures for all employees
  • Oversee, handle, and manage employee relations issues, including counseling, discipline, and grievances
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures for efficient services
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines to protect the business and employees
  • Partner with management to align strategic HR goals, policies, and programs with business initiatives
  • Serve as strategic HR leader and trusted advisor to Comcast Business Sales, driving alignment between people strategies and business objectives
  • Provide oversight across core HR functions: talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, compensation, and benefits
  • Shape workforce strategies for growth, high-performance culture, and employee engagement
  • Influence leadership decisions, guide organizational change, ensure operational excellence through process optimization and policy development
  • Lead workforce planning, succession management, and budget forecasting; champion diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Other duties as assigned
