Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Accounting or Finance, or have equivalent experience. Professional qualifications like CMA, CPA, or CFA are advantageous. A minimum of 6-9 years of progressive FP&A experience, including team management or mentorship, is required. Significant experience in FP&A within high-growth environments and comfort with large-scale organizations (over $1B in revenue) is highly desirable. A strong understanding of Corporate Finance concepts and US GAAP is necessary, along with experience in financial planning tools and superior Excel modeling skills.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, FP&A will manage the end-to-end annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, partnering with business leaders to align on investment and resourcing needs, and maintaining rolling forecasts. They will play a key role in preparing financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and the board, translating complex financial information into actionable insights, and overseeing financial planning systems. This role involves partnering with executives to drive business impact, creating ad hoc analyses, managing business case preparation, supporting the accounting team with expense analysis, and maintaining rigorous financial processes. Additionally, the Sr. Manager will manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performance.
