Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of leadership experience leading a distributed team in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing SaaS function, ideally within a company serving enterprise clients with complex use cases. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment and smooth customer journeys.
