Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a related pharmaceutical field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a KAM (Key Account Manager) in the pharmaceutical industry (domestic or foreign)
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical market conditions, characteristics, and relevant pharmaceutical policies and regulations in the designated area
  • Ability to collaborate with academic associations and build/participate in valuable academic sharing and exchange platforms
  • Understanding of hospital product access, safe operation, procurement tracking information and processes
  • Strong regional business planning ability, large customer management ability, and cross-departmental collaboration ability
  • Strong communication skills, ability to integrate resources, and contribute to team performance
  • Proficiency in computer operation and Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Lotus Notes
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (at least equivalent to CET-4)

Responsibilities

  • Establish cooperative relationships with KA target hospitals and maintain customer files regularly
  • Ensure the success rate of target products in KA target hospitals with clinical prescriptions according to the annual hospital access plan
  • Promote the formal access or trial process for hospitals requiring access and provide solutions for cooperation with key decision-making departments such as hospital administration, pharmacy, medical affairs, and medical insurance office
  • Resolve product restrictions, restore drug access, and ensure safe operation of medical insurance reimbursement for target hospitals' VBP products
  • Collect and understand the business and academic development needs of target hospitals, organize pharmacy exchange activities, build pharmacy management forums, and conduct drug safety training to help key customers improve their business level
  • Plan innovative projects, strategy products, and research on pharmaceutical economics, pharmacodynamics, and drug efficacy and safety. Collaborate with the sales team for on-the-ground pharmacy expert activities
  • Communicate across departments to collaborate with the commercial team on price negotiations with target hospitals, with the access team on volume reporting and tagging, and with the sales team to obtain trial prescriptions from departments. Regularly organize communication meetings to share the latest policies, market information, and activities
  • Maintain 48 tertiary hospitals, collect key customer information and input it into the SFA system, and achieve company KPIs for large customer coverage
