Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a related pharmaceutical field
  • At least 3 years of KAM experience in the pharmaceutical industry (domestic/foreign TOP)
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical market conditions, characteristics, and relevant policies and regulations in the designated area
  • Experience in working with academic associations, building or participating in valuable academic sharing and exchange platforms
  • Understanding of hospital product access, safe operation, procurement tracking information and processes
  • Strong regional business planning ability, large customer management ability, and cross-departmental collaboration ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, and good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (at least equivalent to CET-4)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with 48 tertiary hospitals, collecting key customer information and inputting it into the SFA system to achieve company KPIs
  • Ensure the successful launch of target products in hospitals with clinical trial orders
  • Drive the formal access or clinical trial process for hospitals requiring access
  • Provide solutions and implement them in collaboration with key decision-making departments in hospitals (hospital administration, pharmacy, medical affairs, medical insurance)
  • Resolve product restrictions, restore drug access, and ensure safe operation of VBP products and medical insurance reimbursement
  • Collect and understand business and academic development needs of target hospitals, organize pharmaceutical exchange activities, build pharmaceutical management forums, and conduct drug safety training
  • Plan innovative projects, strategy product, and research on pharmaceutical economics, pharmacodynamics, and drug efficacy and safety
  • Collaborate with the sales team to conduct pharmacy expert activities at the grassroots level
  • Communicate across departments to resolve price negotiations with hospitals, collaborate with the access team on volume reporting and tagging, and work with the sales team to obtain clinical trial department orders
  • Regularly organize communication meetings to share the latest policies, market information, and activities
  • Manage internal key products (four key products), and manage related resources for hospital promotion activities
  • Achieve 100% coverage of quarterly visits to the Vice President of Pharmacy and the Deputy Director of Pharmacy in target hospitals
