Requirements

Candidates should possess a 4-year college degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Deal Desk within a SaaS company, demonstrating a bias towards velocity and a ‘Customer First’ perspective. Strong business partnering skills, an understanding of commercial terms and conditions, and familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition policies are also required. Experience supporting global deals and proficiency with computer applications like Google Suite, Slack, Windows, Excel, and Word, along with CRM systems such as AuditBoard, Salesforce, and CPQ, are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Deal Desk Analyst will provide expert guidance to the Sales field and Customer Success in deal structuring, pricing, redlining, and contract management, participating in deal reviews to drive Account-Level strategy. They will ensure deals are structured and processed efficiently, review and interpret contract terms, verify compliance, draft and finalize contracts, and support Sales enablement through training initiatives. Additionally, the role involves anticipating issues, resolving them with professional judgment, supporting commercial projects, and handling day-to-day queries from Sales and Account Management teams regarding quoting tools and CRM systems, while also participating in testing for enhancements.
