Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and 4-5+ years of HRBP experience supporting product and technology teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is required, along with the ability to analyze data to influence business decisions. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, agile, and possess dynamic interpersonal skills for influencing senior leaders, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

The Senior HR Business Partner will build trusted relationships with business leaders to execute organizational and people strategies, focusing primarily on Product, Tech, UX, and Data teams. Responsibilities include evaluating organizational health using data, supporting a global product and technology team through growth and change, interpreting qualitative and quantitative data, and driving performance management initiatives. The role also involves designing and implementing solutions, building efficient people operations processes, collaborating with COE Partners, investigating employee concerns, resolving employee relations issues, providing policy guidance, developing HR training, and mitigating organizational risk through compliance with regulations.
