Responsibilities

  • Develop strong portfolio and hernia procedural expertise to build clinical and procedural excellence and drive above-market growth
  • Create and execute targeted strategies to increase hernia market share, utilizing the Fragment, Expand, & Standardize (FES) model to convert accounts
  • Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders in hernia disease management and engage customers to improve patient outcomes and procedural adoption
  • Lead efforts to integrate robotic surgery into hernia procedures and position the hernia portfolio as the key solution for robotic-assisted surgery
  • Utilize advanced selling tools, disease state education, and innovative solutions to drive new business
  • Implement market development programs, therapy awareness initiatives, Pace programs, training, and simulation labs to accelerate procedural adoption
  • Achieve/exceed quota, execute new product launches, and perform effective forecasting and opportunity management
  • Focus on hernia portfolio (including Transorb™, MaxTack™, and Hernia Mechanical) and core bucket products (all other mesh and dissection balloons) within aligned territory performing hernia and abdominal wall reconstruction procedures
