Responsibilities

  • Drive development of positioning, messaging, and market research to fuel compelling marketing materials/assets
  • Craft compelling product positioning and annual marketing plans to maximize profitability and drive share gains
  • Develop high-impact technical and marketing resources to empower the global sales force and share insights
  • Partner with global regions to collaborate on commercial and strategic plans for local execution
  • Map and understand the customer buying journey to uncover barriers, create solutions, and strengthen adoption
  • Conduct competitive surveillance in the monitoring and diagnostics space and develop responses
  • Analyze clinical literature and market signals to solve problems and provide actionable guidance
  • Oversee global supply chain planning, including forecasting, inventory management, and mix conversion modeling
  • Prioritize initiatives and resources to maximize portfolio impact while balancing global and regional needs
  • Serve as the recognized Subject Matter Expert, trusted by customers and colleagues
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to communicate LINQ portfolio value proposition, differentiation, and identify new opportunities
