Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and quality assurance roles. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles is required, along with experience in financial statement preparation and analysis. Experience with internal controls and audit procedures is also essential.
The Senior Accounting QA Analyst will develop and implement QA testing strategies, conduct thorough reviews of accounting processes and financial statements, perform detailed testing of key controls, and identify errors and inconsistencies. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process inefficiencies, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain comprehensive documentation of QA processes. Additionally, they will analyze financial data, prepare QA findings and recommendations, and support internal and external audits.
