Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of two years of related analytics or actuarial experience, and completion of two to three Society of Actuaries (SOA) exams towards achieving the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation.
The Actuarial Analyst will ensure data integrity throughout the reporting lifecycle, implement reporting and reconciliation workflows, be responsible for experience studies and medical trend studies, run queries and provide required analysis to understand related drivers, report production to support financial reporting, pull ad-hoc reporting as needed, perform research and collection of data including data mining and reporting, refer to senior staff for assistance with high-level problems, develop and test interim solutions, manage basic process changes, evaluate and monitor results, automate manual reporting and analysis, drive efforts to continually improve data capabilities, and develop and evaluate revenue and medical claims expense models for risk-based contracts.
