Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and have a minimum of eight years of relevant operational experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity. Prior experience with SaaS revenue and margin financial models, key operating/financial metrics, and business partnership is required. A strong understanding of standard financial reporting frameworks and US GAAP principles, along with proficiency in financial planning tools like Anaplan or Adaptive, Salesforce, ERPs, and advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills, is necessary. Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Sr. FP&A Manager will own the company's SaaS ARR & Services top-line financial model and partner with business leaders to analyze financial and operating results, identify risks and opportunities, and support investment decisions. Key responsibilities include managing monthly reports, quarterly forecasts, yearly budgets, and long-term financial plans, ensuring accuracy and identifying efficiency levers. The role involves refining financial reporting processes, designing and improving financial models and reporting at all levels, monitoring key performance indicators, and proactively driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes. Ad-hoc reporting and analysis will also be required.
