Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting and have at least 4 years of experience in budget planning, financial modeling, and decision analytics. Strong Excel skills with proficiency in financial modeling, formula efficiency, pivot tables, and data management are essential, along with comfort working with complex datasets and an understanding of general accounting and financial management. Experience in digital advertising and technology companies is preferred, and knowledge of programmatic environments, SSPs/DSPs, and digital media transactions is a plus. Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and Tableau is also advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Sr. FP&A Analyst will assume ownership of monthly revenue and expense models, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting budgeting and forecasting analyses. They will prepare and present financial review materials, highlighting variances and communicating drivers and future trends to senior leadership. The role involves building and analyzing dashboards to provide insights and recommendations, assisting with data investigation and partnering with business intelligence to develop standardized reporting. Responsibilities also include improving processes and reporting, assisting with ad hoc requests, supporting the annual budget process, and integrating business dynamics and product performance into financial deliverables.
