Requirements

Candidates must be a Certified Public Accountant with over 6 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Systems, including experience with FDMEE, EDM, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems. A strong understanding of data mining, systems and data setup, management reporting, finance, accounting, and their impact on reporting systems is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Project management experience and a natural bias towards continuous process improvement are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for the design and build of source to target mapping using Enterprise Data Management (EDM), defining relationships and rules between data sources and targets to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment with US GAAP. This role involves hands-on support for complex problem resolution, break fix analyses, and mapping enhancements. Responsibilities include examining general ledgers and analyzing Chart of Accounts, managing the tracking and documentation of customer requirements, gathering and verifying requirements with customers, and providing support and training to worldwide users of EDM Mapping Workflows. The analyst will coordinate EDM implementation timing, engage the finance community on EDM progress, and collaborate with global business partners to optimize data integrity and implement process improvements. They will also review and address data integrity and reconciliation issues between reporting systems.
