Candidates must possess strong technical expertise in architecture principles and deep knowledge of finance-related platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials, NetSuite, Anaplan, Coupa, or BlackLine. A solid understanding of key finance processes including procure-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash, budgeting, forecasting, and financial close is essential. The role requires the ability to translate complex business needs into integrated technology solutions with a product mindset, strong communication skills to convey architectural decisions to diverse stakeholders, and demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models and awareness of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines are considered a plus.
The Solution Architect will design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions for finance systems, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture standards and product strategy. Responsibilities include architecting scalable finance solutions that integrate with ERP, EPM, procurement, treasury, accounting, tax, and reporting systems. They will lead the architectural design of finance technology products, collaborate with finance stakeholders, engineering teams, and enterprise architects, and assess emerging technologies and SaaS products to drive innovation. Additionally, the role involves ensuring solutions comply with security, data governance, and regulatory standards, proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks, and documenting solution blueprints, integration models, and data flows.
