  • Strong business analysis skills, including developing business requirements, analyzing data, conducting gap analysis, and preparing detailed specifications
  • Experience in system implementation, upgrades, testing, and deployment
  • Ability to act as subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor for business units
  • Proficiency in utilizing business analysis techniques, business cases, and data trends
  • Knowledge of industry and technology trends for fostering innovation, digitalization, and automation
  • Strong collaboration skills with HR Ops, Compensation, Performance, Benefits, IT teams, and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business units, viewing decisions through the customer lens
  • Collaborate with business units to reimagine processes using people, process, data, and technology
  • Act as SME for designated business units, attending meetings, documenting workflows, and serving as trusted advisor
  • Develop business requirements and analyze data to improve business processes
  • Establish and maintain a three-year business and technology solution roadmap
  • Conduct business process gap analysis for digitalization and automation
  • Serve as key point of contact and trusted advisor for business stakeholders
  • Utilize business analysis techniques to define high-level product features and service levels for IT offerings
  • Focus on business value, including digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity, and capability requirements
  • Foster creativity and innovation by staying abreast of industry and technology trends
  • Analyze business requirements, identify data elements, and prepare detailed specifications for programs
  • Configure, manage, update, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Workday Talent & Performance module
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment of talent management processes with organizational goals
  • Launch Annual Merit, Bonus, Mid-year, and Annual performance review cycles
  • Write requirements to obtain and analyze data from enterprise data teams for trends and business improvements
  • Contribute to requirements, design, review sessions, business vision, and identify business-based risks
  • Communicate with business leadership to evaluate initiatives against roadmaps and priorities
