Manage a team of full stack engineers building scalable solutions that support a variety of up and downstream applications
Lead the team, develop code, deploy, and manage in production
Work with Product Managers to develop the product roadmap and deliver highly functional, well-integrated, and intelligent software
Serve as the technical representative for the team during cross-team collaborative efforts and planning
Drive modernization, influence architectural direction, and scale systems to meet enterprise demands
Lead product teams delivering Workday-based solutions using technologies like Workday Extend, Prism, Orchestrate, Studio EIB, Advanced Reports, and custom Java/Spring Boot services
Demonstrate strong and innovative approaches to problem solving, great technical leadership, excellent communication (written and verbal, formal and informal), global stakeholder management, flexibility, accountability, and a self-motivated working style with attention to detail
