A high-energy, positive attitude and proactive thinking are required, as well as strategic thinking and the ability to understand the bigger picture with surrounding business drivers. Strong customer relationship-building skills are necessary, and experience in the SaaS industry or data insights is preferred. A 'One Team' mindset to support cross-department collaboration is important, and business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.
The Sr. District Manager will provide guidance on sales, navigate complex legal negotiations, and eliminate technical barriers. They will be responsible for hiring teams that align with Snowflake's success profile, support, coach, and motivate a strong enterprise field sales team, and strategically plan for territory expansion through effective account allocation. They will manage event success in collaboration with marketing, shorten time to capacity contracts, ensure effective execution in the sales cycle, and confirm customer business success through strategic account planning and engagement with customer advisory services.
