Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 15+ years of relevant work experience
- Preferred: 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, or MD); PhD with 9+ years
- 15+ years of experience leading product development and delivery using multiple technologies - Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Angular, JavaScript, MySQL, Maven, design patterns, test automation frameworks
- Experience using GenAI technologies across SSDLC for productivity improvement and experience building GenAI-centric products to drive innovation
- Experience leading design and development of mission-critical, secure, reliable systems
- Experience leading design & development of data-centric solutions
- Extensive knowledge and experience in modern data ingestion frameworks
- Excel in partnering with Product on planning, defining joint product/technology roadmaps, driving prioritization & influencing Product outcomes
- Strong experience with agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product teams on planning, requirements, and prioritization; influence product strategy and roadmap
- Drive the design, implementation, and deployment of secure, reliable, robust, and interoperable products
- Lead with a GenAI-First mindset and incorporate GenAI through the entire SSDLC
- Drive excellence in engineering practices across the SSDLC, including use of GenAI tools
- Build and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team of software developers, data engineers, test engineers
- Develop and nurture the engineering team by hiring critical talent, driving retention, motivating, and mentoring staff, and driving career growth for team members
- Build an inclusive team culture, and a culture of ownership and accountability
- Forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders across Technology & Business
- Demonstrate deep business acumen to effectively partner with Product and influence product strategy and direction
- Drive strategic impact for EOR by delivering fit-for-purpose products with an accelerated time to market
- Ensure strong program management and governance practices for your team
