Requirements

  • Experienced senior sales leadership with a strategic mindset and track record of genuine partnership with Field Sales to deliver high-quality pipeline and industry-leading ACV/TCV deal conversion
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and data-driven leader accustomed to leading distributed teams and navigating the complexity of a matrixed environment
  • Ability to drive targeted territory development and align Sales Development daily activities to meet monthly and quarterly goals
  • Strong leadership skills to energize and empower the team
  • Very strong people management skills to mentor, lead, and manage across a culturally diverse set of North America geographies
  • Key member of North America Leadership Team, reporting to Global VP for Sales Development

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality pipeline to meet North America sales growth targets by leading the team responsible for demand generation and business development activities
  • Drive revenue growth, team success, and regional growth story
  • Develop the Sales Development Go to Market (GTM) plan aligned to Field Sales, optimizing market coverage, maximizing growth, driving key industry penetration, and focused solutions expansion (e.g., Financials or Planning), including alignment of sales motions, territories, coverage ratios, and compensation incentives
  • Define the operating plan aligning the role and prospecting responsibilities of the Sales Development team to the sales qualification funnel for pipeline target achievement
  • Drive the business management cadence across key activities, metrics, and outcomes for consistent and predictable performance; achieve quarterly pipeline generation targets and accurately forecast quarterly pipeline metrics
  • Work strategically with strategy and operations as well as sales to define pipeline coverage strategies and provide solutions for business areas in need
  • Align with and deliver to sales comprehensive updates on business strategies, efforts, and campaigns beyond just results/data inputs
  • Work across Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Support, and Sales Operations to ensure tight operating interlock and high levels of stakeholder management, including alignment on shared targets, objectives, KPIs, GTM priorities, programs, and timelines
  • Lead, manage, and develop the team of Regional Managers
