The Senior Director will lead the strategic growth and implementation of the R&D portfolio for Cell Biology, translating strategic plans into a multi-year roadmap. Responsibilities include critically reviewing the NPI portfolio, assessing ROI, and driving continuous improvement. This role involves representing the Portfolio & Program Management organization on leadership teams, building cross-functional relationships, and championing best practices in program management. Additionally, the Senior Director will hire, develop, and mentor a team of program and segment-portfolio managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
