Responsibilities

The Sr. Director, Governance Operations will lead strategy and operations initiatives for Governance solutions, collaborating with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Responsibilities include identifying key growth levers, optimizing customer journeys, and scaling client engagement strategies. They will support the GM and Product Leaders in developing go-to-market and market entry strategies, creating business cases for strategic initiatives, and evaluating corporate development opportunities. The role involves conducting competitive benchmarking, analyzing industry trends, and leading strategic planning processes. Additionally, they will drive AI-first initiatives by identifying opportunities to integrate AI into product and GTM strategy.
