Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning, property acquisition, and real estate portfolio management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead and develop a team
Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
Ability to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate strategy that supports IDT's long-term business goals and objectives
Establish priorities and strategies for Facilities Planning, Design, Construction and Maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings and manufacturing operations, aligning real estate strategies with business needs
Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition and development; manage the due diligence process, negotiations, and transactions
Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness
Develop and manage the real estate budget, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals; lead capital improvement projects (CapEx) and execution of annual functional budget (OpEx)
Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate and facilities management
Lead and develop a high-performing real estate team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals
