Requirements

Lead and inspire a lean, high-performing team of subject matter experts in talent management processes
Expertise in talent management processes, including talent assessment, development, succession and talent planning, and performance management
Ability to shift from manual processes to tech-enabled, integrated experiences
Deep understanding of external trends in talent management, assessment, and talent planning
Experience leveraging agentic AI, orchestrator AI technologies, and innovative tools
Proficiency in data analytics to measure outcomes and inform improvements
Strong collaboration skills with HR leaders, Executive Talent Management, Technology, business stakeholders, and external vendors
Capability to develop change management strategies, including training and stakeholder plans
Knowledge of global/regional guidelines in program development and implementation
Stay informed on emerging trends in HR technology, talent management, and AI

Responsibilities

Drive the strategic direction and execution of a simplified and integrated set of enterprise talent practices
Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent processes (talent/succession planning, performance management, talent assessment)
Integrate, simplify, and streamline enterprise talent processes
Design and implement effective talent management programs and frameworks to drive accountability, continuous feedback, and organizational growth
Benchmark existing processes against best-in-class organizations and recommend enhancements
Leverage AI and innovative tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and digital experiences in talent processes
Analyze data to measure program outcomes, inform improvements, and optimize practices
Partner with HR, IT, business, and external stakeholders for alignment and implementation
Proactively identify needs and develop change management strategies for new processes and technologies
Partner with global stakeholders to incorporate regional/local guidelines
Communicate strategies, progress, and results to senior executives and stakeholders
