Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic direction and execution of a simplified and integrated set of enterprise talent practices
  • Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent processes (talent/succession planning, performance management, talent assessment)
  • Integrate, simplify, and streamline enterprise talent processes
  • Design and implement effective talent management programs and frameworks to drive accountability, continuous feedback, and organizational growth
  • Benchmark existing processes against best-in-class organizations and recommend enhancements
  • Leverage AI and innovative tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and digital experiences in talent processes
  • Analyze data to measure program outcomes, inform improvements, and optimize practices
  • Partner with HR, IT, business, and external stakeholders for alignment and implementation
  • Proactively identify needs and develop change management strategies for new processes and technologies
  • Partner with global stakeholders to incorporate regional/local guidelines
  • Communicate strategies, progress, and results to senior executives and stakeholders
