  • Ability to monitor and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results, activity, and performance measures

  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage sales of integrated communication structures to enterprise customers (multi-site regional businesses or national accounts) to maximize revenues and meet corporate objectives
  • Provide leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions; contribute to business strategy development and align organizational objectives
  • Maintain knowledge of products/services to direct regional sales deployment targeting enterprise segment
  • Monitor reports and manage sales results, activity, and performance measures; present results as needed
  • Ensure implementation of business process improvements for increased sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Monitor Business Services Enterprise sales channels within budgeted sales and expense targets
  • Establish and cultivate effective business relationships with Division, Corporate, and internal teams
  • Develop seminars, sales incentive plans, and strategies to achieve business unit objectives
  • Evaluate subordinates' effectiveness and address personnel/performance issues per company policy
  • Other duties as assigned
