Responsibilities
Direct and manage sales of integrated communication structures to enterprise customers (multi-site regional businesses or national accounts) to maximize revenues and meet corporate objectives
Provide leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions; contribute to business strategy development and align organizational objectives
Maintain knowledge of products/services to direct regional sales deployment targeting enterprise segment
Monitor reports and manage sales results, activity, and performance measures; present results as needed
Ensure implementation of business process improvements for increased sales performance and operational efficiency
Monitor Business Services Enterprise sales channels within budgeted sales and expense targets
Establish and cultivate effective business relationships with Division, Corporate, and internal teams
Develop seminars, sales incentive plans, and strategies to achieve business unit objectives
Evaluate subordinates' effectiveness and address personnel/performance issues per company policy
