5+ years of hands-on experience executing or directly managing Digital Marketing across Paid Search, Social Advertising, Programmatic, Affiliate advertising, Organic or Local search
Experience interfacing with marketing agencies in partnership to execute campaigns
Strong understanding of 1st and 3rd party performance tracking for paid media including URL tagging and platform pixel management
Experience working with enterprise analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Strong data analysis capabilities with large datasets either via spreadsheets or databases
Strong ability to tell stories with data including development of presentations
Experience with task management systems such as Jira, Monday or others
Detail oriented with ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests and stakeholders
Preferred: Large enterprise and/or retail industry experience
Responsibilities
Be the subject matter expert of one or more digital performance marketing channels
Partner with Digital Strategy Managers in the creation of digital media plans aimed at driving revenue, memberships, engagement and awareness
Coordinate requests and ensure delivery of creative, audience and analytic needs to support campaign launches and in-flight optimization needs
Ensure campaigns are leveraging our marketing taxonomy and tracking codes for clean reporting
Perform quality assurance of pending and live digital marketing campaigns
Monitor performance to ensure campaigns stay within target parameters
Develop reports and present results to leadership and partners with actionable insights
Stay apprised of the marketing industry, and keep stakeholders apprised of opportunities for innovation, especially within managed marketing channels
Own the relationship with critical platforms, vendors, and marketing agencies including regular meetings to discuss performance and opportunities as well as managing billing
Manage and oversee product feeds and data feeds
Additional Digital Marketing execution functions may include providing support and backup for other team functions within the digital marketing space
