Requirements

  • Passion for creating and maintaining excellent documentation and technical content that empowers developers
  • Strategic mentality with the ability to see the big picture and align community efforts with platform goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience supporting or building developer communities, ideally for software platforms or ecosystems
  • Strong empathy and commitment to developer success, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • 5+ years of development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks and proficiency with Git and GitHub
  • Experience with Creative Cloud applications and plugin development is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Be a domain expert in Adobe extensibility platforms, APIs, and developer workflows
  • Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, and engaging documentation and sample code
  • Engage with the developer community through forums, office hours, events, and direct support, advocating for both our platform and our developers
  • Support onboarding and migration of external developers to Adobe platforms, including guidance on tooling, submission, review processes, and migration to UXP
  • Gather developer feedback and insights, acting as the voice of the community in internal product discussions
  • Track and triage developer issues from multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement
  • Analyze support metrics and community engagement to optimize resources and identify new opportunities for impact
