Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in data engineering
- Expertise in dbt and Airflow, with deep experience in SQL, Python, pipeline development, orchestration and deployment
- DataOps skillsets to implement required cloud services and permissions in AWS and Azure using IaC tools
- Experience in Snowflake administration, with a solid understanding of performance optimization and RBAC
- Deep understanding of Kimball and OBT-style data modeling, with a drive to understand the business and create optimal models for BI and ML use cases
- Proven experience and self-motivation to identify needs, move projects forward and deliver results
- Exceptional communication skills that promote effective teamwork
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a flair for analyzing the business and systems impact

- Design, build and manage the data platform, pipelines and models that support strategic analysis, BI, ML and AI
- Proactively identify and implement improvements in the data platform to make it more reliable, secure and well-managed
