Candidates should possess an advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or related quantitative fields. A minimum of 6 years of experience using SQL to extract and transform complex structured and semi-structured data from data warehouses is required, along with at least 2 years of experience using Tableau to create impactful reports and dashboards. Additionally, candidates should have 6 years of experience in Python and related analytics libraries.
The Data Analyst will analyze core business topics using Highspot’s product and business data to gain insights that drive product development and enhance platform effectiveness. They will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying statistics, machine learning, and operations research techniques, and then design, develop, deploy, and monitor those solutions. The analyst will also work with the Data Engineering team to conceptualize automated data pipelines for daily business management and define key business, team, and product metrics while building automated reports in close coordination with stakeholders.
