They should have advanced analytical skills across multiple products or workflows and a deep understanding of CDK products and dealership operations, including staying current with automotive trends.
The Sr. Customer Success Specialist will provide best-in-class customer service by answering advanced product questions, delivering value-based training, and analyzing customer needs. They will develop strong relationships with the CSM team, demonstrate product functionality and industry insights, guide customers on best practices to achieve industry standards, and identify opportunities for product adoption and business growth. Responsibilities also include completing client training and consultations, resolving advanced-level blockers, participating in and leading scaled webinars, and documenting dealer engagements related to improved performance.
