Candidates must reside near a major airport and possess strong product-specific knowledge to demonstrate the value of CDK products. They should be able to answer advanced questions, provide value training to key stakeholders, and analyze customer needs at an advanced level across multiple products or workflows. Continuous learning on the CDK suite of products and dealership operations through L&P and cross CSS product training is also required.
The Sr. Customer Success Specialist will develop productive working relationships with the CSM team, acting as a key business partner to provide proactive product-specific expertise and identify opportunities for product adoption and business growth. They will discuss and demonstrate CDK product functionality and industry insights, provide guidance to help customers achieve industry standards, and set product understanding and utilization benchmarks. Responsibilities also include completing client training, consultation, and operational adjustments, identifying additional opportunities to improve expansion propensity, and resolving advanced-level blockers. The specialist will utilize training resources, provide reference documentation, participate in and lead scaled webinars, and ensure consistent documentation of dealer engagements. They will also stay current with automotive trends impacting CDK products.
