The Sr Customer Success Manager will ensure client satisfaction and success for OEM/ISV projects by understanding business needs and driving CDK solution value. Responsibilities include developing roadmaps to achieve success outcomes and KPIs, assisting clients with project strategy and CDK product utilization, building and maintaining client relationships, assessing risks and implementing mitigation strategies, creating client-specific reports and presentations, identifying training needs, and mentoring junior staff. The role also involves utilizing Totango for documentation, adhering to company policies, completing compliance tasks, and meeting performance expectations, with up to 15% travel.
