The Senior Customer Service Representative will handle scheduling service requests for the ULS division, ensuring timely and satisfactory service completion. This includes coordinating the entire service scheduling process, collaborating with clients to set appointments, sending confirmation messages, and conducting post-service courtesy calls. The role also involves coordinating and tracking scheduling timelines with Field Service, scheduling training and application support, and addressing customer concerns to drive solutions. Additionally, the representative will assist customers requesting equipment service repair via phone and email.
