A minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role with proven excellence and an understanding of customer satisfaction is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and comfort with technology, especially in an e-commerce environment, are also necessary. Candidates should be professional, possess leadership and interpersonal skills, be able to take direction, learn quickly, and be open to feedback. A flexible/variable work schedule including weekends is required.
The Seasonal Customer Service Team Lead will provide day-to-day support, subject matter expertise, and real-time coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure exceptional contact quality and service. This role involves monitoring communications, answering questions, providing feedback, and overseeing the team to drive productivity through contact prioritization and adherence monitoring. Responsibilities include navigating financial transactions, resolving customer concerns, serving as the first line of defense for escalations, approving service recovery requests, and staying up-to-date on product, service, and policy details. The Team Lead will also support the CSR coaching process, assist with answering contacts as time permits, support ad hoc projects, and partner with the Team Supervisor on Quality Assurance, CSAT, and Productivity. Promoting a positive and friendly environment is also a key responsibility.
