Key responsibilities include collaborating on eDiscovery processes, engaging with attorneys and vendors on ESI identification and production, managing litigation holds, overseeing data processing and reviews, and developing policies and training on eDiscovery obligations.
Strong candidates will have expertise in eDiscovery program management, working with legal teams, outside counsel, vendors, and IT on litigation matters, including legal holds, data collection, processing, and compliance throughout the information lifecycle.
