You will report to the Director Corporate Secretary CoE EurAsia / Americas and collaborate with a dedicated team of 5 paralegals handling corporate operations across EMEA, Canada, Latin America, and AsiaPacific.
Strong candidates demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, the capacity to manage multiple tasks independently, a proactive team-oriented approach, and experience with entity management databases.
