Smarsh is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel with 5+ years of experience to join our growing legal team, with a specific focus on global data privacy and product support. This role will have a key part in negotiating transactions for the company. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the enterprise software industry and the experience to engage internally with Legal, Information Security, Sales, and Finance, and externally with prospective customers and vendors on company, customer, and vendor agreements.
The chosen candidate will demonstrate initiative, possess good judgment and attention to detail, and will be a quick thinker, quick learner, hard worker, and most importantly, a team player.
