Requirements

Candidates must possess a degree in Health Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in management, project, or planning roles within hospitals or public healthcare entities, or in consulting roles within the healthcare sector. Proven experience leading complex projects, engaging with key stakeholders, and in business development, including proposal creation and client engagement, is essential. A strong understanding of the Spanish healthcare system (public and private) is required, along with strategic vision of the healthcare sector, commercial proactivity, and the ability to build trust and establish institutional relationships. Fluency in English, strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership, autonomy, efficient management of multiple projects under pressure, and advanced Excel skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant will lead complex projects in the healthcare sector, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring alignment between objectives, teams, and outcomes. The role also involves acting as an internal reference on key healthcare sector topics and progressively assuming greater responsibilities in team management and leadership.
