Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on sales operations is required, along with relevant experience supporting a customer-focused organization in driving quality improvements. PMP, Agile, or Lean experience is preferred, as is the ability to work in a delivery-focused environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Lead Sales Operations Consultant will work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement communication improvements and customer-focused solutions. They will document and communicate processes to a geographically diverse sales organization, develop and deliver training materials, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership. This role also involves providing requirements and support for new CRM systems, documenting and escalating system problems, and collaborating with various teams to ensure project alignment with business goals. Effective use of project management and communication tools like Service Now, Asana, and Microsoft is expected.
