Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to handle complex title issues and make sound judgments. Experience with commercial real estate transactions, particularly within the energy sector, is highly desirable.
As a Sr. Commercial Title Officer, you will conduct thorough title searches for commercial transactions, ranging from single sites to high-liability multi-sites, analyzing records and data to determine ownership and legal restrictions. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the commercial title process, act in an advisory capacity, resolving unique and complex situations, and may lead a team of title staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for reconciling title problems, accepting responsibility for loss claim investigation, and reviewing and approving various documentation, including deeds and operating agreements.
