Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. The minimum required experience is 8 years of job-related experience, such as data analytics and modeling, or a Master’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or a Doctorate with 4 years of relevant experience.
The Senior Data Analyst will develop, maintain, and own analytical models and dashboards for internal and external clients, prepare reports for leadership to communicate trends and forecasts, translate quantitative data into visual reports for non-technical audiences, ensure the quality and accuracy of data analyses by establishing QA systems, develop and track key performance metrics, assist data engineering with troubleshooting, coordinate cross-functionally across teams, mentor team members, identify opportunities for improvement in data analytics processes, lead the development of company best practices, and collaborate in setting goals for the data analysis team.
