Requirements

Candidates must possess strong Japanese (A MUST) and English language verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly and multitask, strong MS Excel skills, effective analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. They should also be a team player, capable of identifying and delivering assistance to team members globally, and able to take initiative to solve problems and deliver work quickly.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Client Services/Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for participating in all aspects of receiving, evaluating, and resolving S&P Global Market Intelligence’s global customer service issues, primarily focusing on Japanese customers, including resolution of customer support queries via various channels, user management and customer onboarding, permissioning of data and billing administration, answering queries about permissioning, developing specialist expertise in a product area, acting as the point person on product operational changes, providing weekly status updates, assisting with process documentation, identifying and escalating calls, innovating service desk systems, and formulating business workflows using Salesforce.
