Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree preferred or applicable years’ experience, with a preference for 4-year technical, information system related, or business-related college degrees, and at least 2 years of professional work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Smartsheet is also preferred, along with the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime during busy seasons.
The Data Specialist, Customer Onboarding will plan, execute, and provide status reporting for the archiving of entitled customer software from software vendor sites, establish connectivity to customer systems and document it according to Spinnaker Support standards, assist archive contractors during high-volume archiving periods, maintain updated procedure and training manuals, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
